EGLO India Private Limited, having its registered office at A-307, Ansal Chambers - I, 3 Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi 110066, India (hereinafter, “EGLO India” or “we”, “our” or “us”), provides the below disclaimer policy (“Disclaimer Policy”) in respect of the Product(s). 

For the purpose of this Return Policy, “user”, “you”, “your” shall mean the original and immediate purchaser of the Product(s), and/or the invoice against the purchase of the Product(s) from EGLO India.  All capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the General Terms & Conditions.

1. SCOPE

This Disclaimer Policy sets forth the disclaimers applicable to the purchase of Product(s) from EGLO India and the use of any information, materials, or content associated with the Products. By purchasing Products from EGLO India, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Disclaimer Policy. This Disclaimer Policy, along with the General Terms and Conditions of EGLO India and any other applicable policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and EGLO India with respect to your purchase of Products and the use of any associated information, materials, or content.

EGLO India and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties or conditions arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, EGLO India makes no warranty that:

1. The information provided by EGLO India is accurate, reliable, complete, or timely;
2. The Product(s) provided by EGLO India will meet the your  requirements or expectations;
3. The quality of Product(s) purchased by you by EGLO India will meet your expectations;

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing provisions, Product(s) provided by EGLO India is on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, statutory warranty including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information provided by us with the Product(s). You are required to ensure that usage of the Product(s) would subject to electricity codes/instillation practices and standards applicable for electrical installations in the respective jurisdiction. 

EGLO India undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify the information including without limitation, any information which may become outdated or inaccurate. Except as otherwise provided, no representations or warranties are made regarding any Product(s) EGLO India expressly disclaims any liability that may arise out of the third party links. 

3. USE OF INFORMATION AND MATERIALS

The information, materials, and content provided by EGLO India in connection with the Products are solely for general informational purposes. You acknowledge and agree that your use of, or reliance upon, any such information, materials, or content is entirely at your own risk. EGLO India disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or reliance upon, any information, materials, or content associated with the Products.

4. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS 

EGLO India endeavours to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, materials, and content in connection with the Products. However, EGLO India does not warrant that all information, materials, and content are free from errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies, you should contact EGLO India for clarification. EGLO India reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and to update or modify the information, materials, and content at any time and without prior notice.

5. CHANGES TO PRODUCT(S)

1. EGLO India reserves the right to make changes to the design, specifications, features, or pricing of the Products at any time and without prior notice. EGLO India will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from any such changes.
2. In the event of any discontinuation or unavailability of any Products, EGLO India shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising therefrom, and its sole obligation shall be to provide a refund for any such discontinued or unavailable Products that have been purchased but not yet delivered, subject to the General Terms and Conditions of EGLO India and other applicable policies.  

6. PRODUCT INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

You acknowledge and agree that the proper installation and maintenance of the Products are essential for their safe and effective operation. EGLO India disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from the improper installation or maintenance of the Products, or from any failure to follow the instructions or recommendations in this regard.

7. AMENDMENT

EGLO India retains the right to modify this Disclaimer Policy at any time and without prior notice. Your continued purchase of Products from EGLO India following the implementation of any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the amended or revised Disclaimer Policy.
