Whether it's your desk, living room shelf or the edge of the bed, clamp lights transform any environment into an optimally lit area.

LED clamp light

LED technology offers safety and efficiency for your interior lighting. You can simply swap any old lightbulbs for LED lights. Unscrew the old lightbulbs and then screw in the new LED lamp and done! In addition to the low energy consumption, an LED light also generates very little heat. The clamp lamp does not get very warm and can also be used by children without any concerns.

If you want to use a smart lightbulb, it must be possible for you to replace the lightbulb and have the appropriate base.

Where does the clamp lamp get its power from?

Some clamp lamps use a rechargeable battery and therefore can be used without cables and placed anywhere.

However, many clamp lights have to be connected to a socket. This limits the scope due to the length of the cable.

Is the light dimmable?

Some clamp lights have a touch-dimmer function. However, if you would like to be able to dim your lamp via a remote control or an app, you should change the light source to a smart lightbulb to add this function.

What was first - the clamp or the light?

Spring clips are quick to assemble and can be pressed on with just two fingers. Just press and attach to the edge of the table and then your clamp lamp is ready to be attached to the table. This requires less force than with screw clamps.

However, screw clamp lights have a big advantage - their clamping area is larger. This means you can mount them on thicker tabletops. The higher you place the clamp lamp, the better illumination you will get from above. A small spring clamp is light and handy in contrast to some screw clamp lights.
