Shipments
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered approximately within 10 to 12 working days of the order being placed. You will receive an email with a tracking code when your order has been processed. This processing can take up to 3 business days, so your tracking email may take a while. Please note that most items are shipped from our German warehouse, so we experience occasional customs delays.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Rest assured, our orders are reliably delivered by either Parcel Force or DPD. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number for GLS. Our German warehouse uses GLS to ship the parcels from their warehouse; once in the UK, GLS hands over the parcel to Parcel Force for delivery to you.
Do I have to pay for Shipping?
Free shipping is avaliable on all orders, UK Mainland only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 2 to 3 working days for this email to arrive.
Do you ship Internationally?
EGLO UK only services UK & Northern Ireland. If you would like to place an order, please select the corresponding country on the top right of the website.
