Can the pendant lights be shortened?

Yes, all of our pendant lights can be shortened . The minimum length we recommend shortening the lights to is 10cm and we recommend a qualified electrician carry this out.


How long is the warranty on my product?

The warranty period is indicated on the outer packaging of the products purchased by you. The warranty periods shall commence on the date of purchase of the product. Please keep your order number/order confirmation as evidence.

Kelvin is the colour temperature of your light. It is expressed in degrees and ranges from 2000K to 6500K. Generally, 2000-3000K is referred to as warm white light, 3000-4000K is neutral white light, and 4000K or more is cold white light.

Lumen expresses how much visible light a light source emits per unit of time. The higher the Lumen, the more light the light source emits. In general, you need 300 to 400 Lumens in areas where you relax and 700 to 800 Lumens in places where you work or do an activity. For rooms where you can use cold/neutral light and warm white light, such as the kitchen or bathroom, you can opt for 500 to 600 Lumen or dimmable light.
