Hoe vind ik het juiste product?

Om een het juiste product te vinden zijn er meerdere mogelijkheden:

  • Maak gebruik van het menu aan de bovenkant van de website.
  • Zoek op een specifieke ruimte.
  • Gebruik de zoekbalk aan de bovenkant van de website.
  • Verfijn de zoekopdracht door gebruik te maken van onze filters.

  • Niet gevonden wat u zocht? Neem dan gerust contact op met onze klantenservice. Dan zoeken wij graag met u mee!


    How do I place an order?

    Have you found something you like? In just a few clicks, you can place your order:

  • Go to the product you want to order.
  • Press the "add to cart" button.
  • Click on the shopping cart at the top right and press the "proceed to checkout" button.
  • Fill in your information and press "next".
  • Review your order, choose a payment method and press the "place your order" button.
  • Your order has now been placed.

  • Kan ik mijn bestelling afhalen in de showroom?

    Het is helaas niet mogelijk om een bestelling af te halen in onze showroom. Het is wel mogelijk om een groot deel van ons assortiment te bekijken in de showroom. Kijk hier voor de actuele openingstijden en informatie.


    Can I add another product to my order/change my order?

    If there is anything that you would like to adapt on your order, please do not hesitate to send us an email as soon as possible. We will then be able to help you further.


    Where is my order confirmation?

    Once we have processed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email may sometimes end up in your spam folder, so please be sure to check this also. If you haven't received an email, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Please note that for any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will receive their order confirmation on Monday.


    Can I cancel my order?

    If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If possible, we will cancel the delivery of your order. If your order is already on its way, please refuse the delivery. We will initiate the refund once the product has been returned to our warehouse.


    There is no Instuction manual in the box. Can I receive another one?

    Do I have to pay for delivery?

    Free shipping is avaliable on all orders, UK Mainland only.


    How can I contact you?

    You can contact us via mail or via the contact form at the bottom of this website. Should you need an instance response, please contact us using the web chat function.


    How long is the warranty on my product?

    My product is faulty within the warranty period. What should I do?

    Contact us with any photos of the damaged item, and we will help you as soon as possible.


    Hoe annuleer ik mijn bestelling?

    Bent u van gedachten veranderd? Dan kunt u uw bestelling annuleren door contact op te nemen met onze klantenservice. Is uw bestelling al onderweg? Dan kunt u het pakket niet meer annuleren. U kunt dan het pakketje retour sturen met dit retourformulier.
