If an article has not been delivered to you properly, you may report to us for immediate assistance

Please send us a short description and photos of the item via email by clicking the button below.

Please also include the article number, your order number and invoice number

You can also specify your preferred solution right away so that it can be initiated as quickly as possible. You will then receive an email from us with the next steps.

Return of item

In order to guarantee a quick and smooth processing of the return, we would appreciate if you follow the instructions below carefully.

Register your return with us by email. Please enter your order number and the items to be returned here.

We will then send you a shipping label by email.

Please package the goods in such a way that they can withstand the return shipment without damage. At best in the undamaged original shipping packaging. Kindly stick the label on the shipping box so that the original shipping label can no longer be seen (or best still, to remove the shipping label if necessary). Please bring the package to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider, fully packed.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the pick-up date.

Cancel order | article

To cancel your order, simply let us know by email as soon as possible.

After your order has been successfully checked and canceled, you will receive a confirmation email and our accounting department will proceed with the necessary refund/payment, whichever applicable

We always process your valued order promptly in order to be able to offer you the usual service and short delivery times. If the delivery is already on its way at the time of your message and you insist on the cancellation, we would not be able to entertain the cancellation request.

If the delivery has already been delivered, we ask you to leave it in its original packaging and to register the return using the instructions for the complaint process under point 1 "Report a complaint".
