Lighting Glossary

Term: Lamp Survival Factor
The Lamp Survival Factor (LSF) describes the percentage of surviving lamps at a given pint in time. E.g.: Factor 0.99 after 2,000 h indicates that 99% of the lamps still operate after 2,000 hours.
"m" = operation with magnetic ballast / "e" = operation with electronic ballast.
