Lighting Glossary
Term:
Cable and Bus Bar Systems
Lighting becomes flexible through the use of cable and bus bar systems designed in low-voltage or GU-10 technology. Radiators and lamps can be attached anywhere and always remain totally adjustable. The systems are screwed in, clipped on and fixated with the help of brackets or plug-in adapters. The cables and bus bars also conduct power to all the user appliances. They are often attached to walls but also suspended from ceilings. Connective components allow for geometrical structures.
